As a result of her experience, she is well versed in speaking with other adjusters, and abreast of the North Carolina rules, and changes as they occur in the insurance industry. During her tenure as a claims adjuster, she has settled bodily claims up to $110k and property damage claims up to $250k.

Deborah is a licensed Property and Casualty Claims Adjuster of 24 years. Deborah began her career with the City of Charlotte Risk Management Division. While with the City of Charlotte, Deborah handled specific departments, exclusively. The departments included the Charlotte Area Transit System, the Charlotte Department of Transportation, Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools, and two divisions of the police department.
Deborah was acknowledged and awarded for her excellent care and accurate handling of claims with tax paper dollars while with the City. She continued her career by expanding her knowledge in other states as a Multi-line Claims Adjuster, Non-Standard Claims Adjuster, and handling claims in the trucking industry for seven years prior to joining the firm.
